Well, its fair to say we’ve had an extremely busy summer here at S7 Media, hence the alarmingly long time since we last updated you!

Throughout the summer we have been working on some very interesting projects, these have included graphic design and print work for Cannock Council and web design work for customers new and old  in the West Midlands.

We were approached a few months back by Cannock Council to design a leaflet to advertise their new facilities and activities for the special needs community.

This was a particularly interesting project as we had to work to specific guidelines that have been set out by organisations such as RNIB, which outline specific fonts, techniques and paper types to make the media accessible to people with partial site or learning difficulties.

On the website side of things we secured a contract with a company called Total Construction who are based in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands.

The project with Total originally started out as content managed system to display what services they offer as a company, however they soon decided they would also need an E-Commerce website for the PPE & Workwear arm to their business.

Their content managed website is now live and the E-commerce website will follow soon, we also have just designed and printed their company brochures, business cards and letterheads.

We have also redesigned Arcade Music’s website this summer.

For those of you that may not know our Cannock offices are above Arcade Music and this is a family run business owned by our Dad!

Arcade Music has been going for as long as I’ve been on the planet (30 years!) and has a sort of cult following by musicians and especially drummers in Staffordshire.

Arcade Music has been trading online for many years serving customers nation and world wide, but was long overdue a facelift so we have redesigned their E-commerce website to give it more of an edge. Please check out the site here.

We are looking to finish the year in the same busy vein, as we have just secured a contract for a CMS website for a legal firm in the West Midlands to add to another couple of websites we can talk about soon!
